The Technical Committee of Petroleum Additive Manufacturers in Europe (ATC) was established in 1974 for member companies to discuss topics of a technical and statutory nature which were a concern to our industry.

In 1979 ATC became an affiliated group of CEFIC, the European Chemical Industry Council. Membership of ATC is open to any additive company which operates chemical processes for the manufacture of petroleum additives, or has comprehensive test facilities, in Europe.
